Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions apply to your use and access to www.madheritage.eu
including all orders submitted by you for any products or services made available by
MADHERITAGE S.R.L. through www.madheritage.eu.
MADHERITAGE S.R.L. is referred to in these terms and conditions as “MaD Heritage”, “we”,
“us”, and www.madheritage.eu. may be referred to as “the Website”.
By accessing the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree
to the general terms of use of the Website. Please read these terms carefully before you
submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products
to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem
and other important information.
Where applicable, these terms and conditions is completed with the following
Romanian laws: OUG nr. 130/2000, Law no.296/2004, Law no.677/2001.
- To Terms
• 1.1 We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you order products from
www.madheritage.eu, please check these terms to ensure you understand the
terms in force at the time of your order, which terms will apply to the contract
between you and us.
• 1.2 If we have to revise these terms as they apply to your order, we will contact
you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how
to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes. You may cancel
either in respect of all the offered products or just the products you are yet to
receive. If you opt to cancel due to these changes of terms, you will have to
return any relevant products you have already received and we will arrange a full
refund of the price you have paid, including any delivery charges. - About Us
• 2.1 We are www.madheritage.eu, MADHERITAGE S.R.L. a company
organised and existing under the laws of Romania, having its registered office at
Aleea Codrii Neamtului 7F Floor 1, 032435, Bucharest, Romania, Reg.

• 2.2 You can contact us by telephoning our Customer service team

• 2.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or in writing to you at the
email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
• 2.4 When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes
emails. - Our Contract With You
• 3.1 Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to
place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any
errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check
your order at each page of the order process.
• 3.2 After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging
that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean
your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as
described in clause 3.3.
• 3.3 Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm
dispatch of your product, at which point a contract will come into existence
between you and us.
• 3.4 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and
we will refund you any money charged for the product. This might be because the
product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, which
we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price
or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery
deadline you have specified. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any
reason.
• 3.5 We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we
accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you
contact us about your order. - Our Products
• 4.1 The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot
guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of
the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
• 4.2 The packaging of the product may vary from that shown on images on our
website. - Your Right To Make Changes
• 5.1 If you wish to make a change to the order after processing, please contact us.
We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know
about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything
else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you
to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. - Providing The Products
• 6.1 The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
• 6.2 During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the
products to you. Our estimated delivery times are set once we receive the order
and email you the confirmation.
• 6.3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including customs
clearance processes).
• 6.4 We insure each order during transit until it is delivered to the address you
provided.
• 6.5 A signature is required for all deliveries, therefore we kindly ask to be home
when receiving the order as the courier cannot deliver it otherwise.
• 6.6 If you designate a recipient other than yourself (e.g., for a gift), you agree that
their signature (or someone at their address) serves as proof of delivery and
fulfillment, making you responsible for the product from that time.
• 6.7 You are responsible for the product once it is delivered to your address and
signed for.
• 6.8 Ownership of the products transfers to you once we receive full payment.
• 6.9 We may need certain information from you to supply the products. We will
request this in writing. If you do not provide the information within a reasonable
time, or if it is incomplete or incorrect, we may terminate the contract. We are
not responsible for late or incomplete deliveries caused by your failure to provide
the necessary information on time.
• 6.10 We may suspend product supply for several reasons, including:
• 6.10.1 addressing technical issues or making minor technical changes;
• 6.10.2 updating the product to comply with changes in laws and regulations;
• 6.10.3 making changes to the product as requested by you or as notified by us.
• 6.11 We will notify you in advance of any suspension of product supply, except in
urgent or emergency situations. If the suspension lasts more than 30 days, you
may end the contract and receive a refund for any prepaid sums covering the
period after the contract ends.
• 6.12 You may cancel your order immediately if we miss the delivery deadline and
any of the following apply:
• 6.12.1 we have refused to deliver the products;
• 6.12.2 timely delivery was essential considering all relevant circumstances;
• 6.12.3 you informed us before we accepted your order that timely delivery was
essential.
• 6.13 If you do not want to cancel immediately or do not have the right to do so
under clause 6.12, you can set a new, reasonable deadline for delivery. You may
cancel the order if we fail to meet this new deadline.
• 6.14 If you cancel your order for late delivery under clauses 6.12 or 6.13, you can
cancel some or all of the products, unless separating them would significantly
reduce their value. If the products have already been delivered, you will need to
return them to us, and we will cover the return costs. We will refund any amounts
paid for the canceled products and their delivery. - Worldwide Delivery
• 7.1 We deliver to the countries listed in the country selector located in the top
right corner of the website for desktop or tablet users, and in the footer for
mobile users.
• 7.2 Orders may incur Import Taxes & Duties. For all destinations, you are
responsible for paying Import Taxes & Duties.
• 7.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination
country for the products. We are not liable or responsible if you violate any such
laws. - Intellectual Property & Right To Use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and other
intellectual property rights in all materials or content provided on the Website
remain with us or our licensors. You are allowed to use this material only as
explicitly authorized by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content on the Website is
available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download this
material and content onto one computer hard drive for this purpose. Any other
use of the Website's material and content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to
(and not to help or enable others to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display,
distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this material
and content. - Product Issues
9.1 If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact

9.2 We are legally obligated to provide products that conform to this contract.
Below is a summary of your key legal rights regarding our products, which are not
affected by these terms.
- Up to 30 days: You can return faulty items to our Quality Control Department,
which will determine if the fault is due to manufacturing (in which case you will
be refunded) or misuse (in which case no refund will be given, and the item will
be returned to you).
9.3 If you wish to exercise your legal right to reject products, you must return
them to us securely. We will not cover the postage or collection costs. Contact

collection. - Price & Payments
10.1 The price of the product (including VAT) is indicated on the order pages
when you place your order. Prices do not include any customs duty charges that
may apply when the products reach the delivery destination (as stated in clause
7). We strive to ensure the correct price is provided to you.
10.2 Prices for our products may change, but such changes will not affect any
orders we have already invoiced.
10.3 The price of a product does not include delivery charges, which will be
provided during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
10.4 If the VAT rate changes between your order date and the supply date, we will
adjust the VAT rate unless you have already paid in full before the change takes
effect.
10.5 You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.
10.6 You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method used is yours. All
credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by
the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not
accept your order, are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery, and are not
obliged to inform you of the refusal.
10.7 We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer or bank
as a result of processing your payment according to your order.
10.8 Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and discounts, except for
delivery promotions or unless otherwise indicated. - Using Your Data
